Q: What types of units do you have?
A: All our units are drive up style.
Q: Do I need to sign a long term lease?
A: No, all leases are month to month.
Q: Is a deposit required?
A: No. But the first month's rent is required to hold the unit for you. Vacancies are filled on a first come, first served basis and storage availability is very limited in the area.
Q: Do I need to pay for insurance?
A: No, but you might want to as we are not responsible for the items in your unit.
Q: Do I need to provide my own lock?
A: No, we provide a lock with two keys but expect these to be returned when you move out. If the lock and both keys are not returned, you will be charged a $25 fee. You may use your own lock but we will not be able to help you if you lose your key.
Q: Will I be invoiced?
A: No, you are expected to pay your monthly rent without being billed or reminded. Rent is due the first of the month. Payments not received by the 5th of the month will result in a $20 late fee being added to your account. Your unit will be over locked if your account is 30 days in default.
Q: Do I need to provide notice that I will be moving out?
A: Yes. Tenant must give 10 days notice that they will be vacating the unit. If 10 days notice is not provided, you will be charged an additional 10 days rent.
Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: The facility is open from 7am to 7pm, 7 days a week. We are closed New Year's Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
